What you'll receive
ROUND TRIP AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
On the beginning and ending dates of the retreat, enjoy complimentary airport transfers to/from Cusco Airport (CUZ) and our retreat center.
YOGA & MEDITATION PRACTICES
Movement and meditation are medicine. Both of these practices are the cornerstones of our retreat.
In the early mornings, we meditate.
Pre-breakfast, you're invited to unroll your mat for a grounding and steadfast Ashtanga practice, or a vigorous and liberating Vinyasa flow.
In the evening, you'll prepare your mind and body for the best sleep ever with a restorative Yin practice or Yoga Nidra guided meditation.
A local healer will join us one evening to guide a Sound Bath meditation.
All practices are optional, but highly encouraged. On the days we'll stay offsite, hiking will be our moving meditation!

Willka T’ika Luxury Retreat Center is the only gourmet vegetarian kitchen in Peru’s Sacred Valley.
Although herbal teas (made from locally harvested flowers and herbs) are the standard local morning go-to, my fellow latte lovers will be happy to know there is an espresso and fresh juice bar on-site!
All meals are comprised of strictly organic dishes made from a fusion of local flavors, grains, herbs, and vegetables harvested from their on-site gardens.
Typical breakfast includes breads from a local bakery, fresh eggs, fruits, avocados, and homemade muesli. A colorful variety of soups, salads, legumes, whole grains, and vegetables will be offered during lunches and dinners.
This retreat will happily cater to vegan, dairy- or gluten-free, or other special dietary requests or allergies.
TWO NIGHTS OFF-SITE: HOTEL STAYS in cusco & AGUAS CALIENTES
This has never been done before on one of my signature retreats.
Willka T'ika will arrange all the accommodations and transfers for us to stay off-site (one night in Aguas Calientes, and our final night together in Cusco), to experience the culture, temples, historic sites and hikes available in Machu Picchu and Cusco. Our weekly guide will be there for us every step of the way.
Two lunches will not be included during these days off-site.
Celebratory dinners at upscale, local restaurants will be included and pre-arranged by our guide.

The highlight of our retreat is an overnight visit to Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. The Vistadome train will bring us to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to the majestic terraces of Machu Picchu, where we'll learn and explore one day, and hike the next.
All-inclusive two-day Machu Picchu pilgrimage includes: train & bus tickets, transfers, tour guide, entrance tickets, and guided tour of the Inca Citadel. Optional: Hike to the peak of Huayna Picchu (Included).
ceremonies, workshops & wellness treatments
In addition to our Sound Bath workshop, we will also experience traditional despacho offering and fire ceremonies.
Wellness offerings include solar-heated floral baths, a variety of massage (lymphatic drainage, Swedish, aromatherapy, reflexology), facials, and more.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON DAY TRIP TO RAINBOW MOUNTAIN
Opt to add one day to the end of your retreat (with a new departure date of October 26, 2026) for an excursion to hike the gorgeous Rainbow Mountain.
Throughout this challenging-yet-majestic hike, you'll encounter locals who still follow traditions of their Incan ancestors, along with colorful valleys, turquoise lagoons, glaciers, herds of alpacas and llamas, and the iconic Ausangate Mountain, known by the locals as "the father of all mountains."
This excursion is added to the end of your retreat to ensure you are acclimated to the elevation (at 17,060 ft.). For reference, Machu Picchu is at 7,970 ft. elevation.
All transportation, lunch and hydration, experienced on-site tour guide, entrance fee, oxygen & first aid equipment (carried by tour guide in case of emergency) are included. Not included: optional hiking pole rental, driver/guide gratuity.
+1 day Rainbow Mountain excursion: $250 (does not include additional nightly hotel rate, dinner, or departure day breakfast).

Traveling solo?
Treat yourself to a truly luxurious space, fit for a King or Queen. The Private Suites at Willka T'ika are more of a temporary home than just a room on a retreat.
You'll wake up grounded yet energized by the feng shui design, Incan decor, and freshly cut flowers. Your indoor/outdoor seating areas that look out to views of the Andes are perfect for journaling, meditation, or connection & conversation.
The King and Queen Suites are also ideal for a couple – or any two loved ones – to share, as there is plenty of space to sprawl out, unpack and unwind.
