WAIVER OF LIABILITY

VIRTUAL CLASS/RETREAT:
I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in classes or events led by Brittany Bamrick and/or Kierstie Payge, which may include but are not limited to yoga, breathwork, meditation, and other wellness activities. I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with these activities, including the risk of injury.  In consideration for being allowed to participate in these activities, I hereby release and discharge Brittany Bamrick and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising as a result of my participation. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any physical activity, especially if I have any pre-existing medical conditions or concerns. I agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided. By checking the box, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its contents, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. I hereby release Brittany Bamrick and Kierstie Payge from any liability for any injury or harm that may occur during my participation in classes or events. There will be no refunds of virtual events, classes, workshops or retreats.

MIZATA RETREAT:
In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Brittany Bamrick, Kierstie Payge, and/or any agents assisting with the retreat, sponsors and their representatives, and employees of MIZATA/ANTIRESORT for any and all injuries or damages to me or my personal property, before, during, or after the retreat. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at retreat center, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related issues while residing at MIZATA/ANTIRESORT and in transit to, during, or after any tours or excursions. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. Please note the initial deposit ($500) and processing fee ($25.00) is non-refundable. If my personal travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Brittany Bamrick or Kierstie Payge. After February 1, 2026, there will be no refunds of any kind offered. I certify that I am physically fit, healthy, and well for the completion of this retreat and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this registration, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver.

GREECE RETREAT:
In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Brittany Bamrick, Kierstie Payge, and/or any agents assisting with the retreat, sponsors and their representatives, and employees of LEFKADA RETREAT for any and all injuries or damages to me or my personal property, before, during, or after the retreat. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at retreat center, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related issues while residing at LEFKADA RETREAT and in transit to, during, or after any tours or excursions. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at retreat center, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health related issues while residing at WILLKA T'IKA and in transit to, during, or after any tours or excursions. I recognize, intend and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. Please note the initial deposit ($750) is non-refundable. If my personal travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Brittany Bamrick. RETREAT REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:
No refunds of deposits (in the amount of $500.00 + $25.00 processing fee, or $750 in the case of Peru retreat) will be offered under any circumstance, except in the event the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled by the event organizers. Retreat host reserves the right to change facilitators if need be, and no refunds or returns will be provided. No refunds of any kind will be offered after February 1, 2026 (MIZATA/ANTIRESORT), July 1, 2026 (GREECE/LEFKADA RETREAT), or August 1, 2026 (WILLKA T'IKA/PERU RETREAT). Deposits, partial payments or full balance payments cannot be transferred between individuals or put towards future retreats. Brittany Bamrick, Kierstie Payge, any affiliates or host retreat centers, is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat (by the host or student), such as airfare, loss of work, travel insurance, and/or any other costs associated with preparing for a retreat.
