WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
Each day will offer opportunities to strengthen your grit and gratitude muscles:
YOU'LL WALK BAREFOOT TO THE BEACH FOR a dynamic, sweaty OCEANFRONT vinyasa practice EACH MORNING.
EVENINGS WILL conclude with yin yoga overlooking the sunset: TO STRETCH, NOURISH, AND RESTORE YOURSELF DOWN TO THE CELLULAR LEVEL.
Throughout our week, we'll PRACTICE BREATHWORK, STRENGTH TRAIN, hike El Salvador's ICONIC EL TUNCO WATERFALLS, experience golden hour on horseback, and EVEN CATCH SOME waves with an (optional!) surf lesson.
mOVEMENT IS MEDICINE, AND YOU'LL GET A DOSE MULTIPLE TIMES PER DAY.
Unwind and recover with treatments at the on-site spa: Massage, IV therapy, and more are just steps away from your room.
Access to the Jungle Gym, sauna and cold plunge are included in your retreat.
Off-site adventures such as ziplining or exploring ancient Mayan ruins are all available to you within a short distance from our resort.

TEMEZCAL CEREMONY
The temezcal is said to be the womb of the earth. We will collectively experience a death and rebirth in this intention-setting, heart-pounding, deeply spiritual sweat lodge. This is detoxification of your mind, body and soul at the deepest level.
surf lesson
Self-explanatory. Local surf coaches will guide you through the art of surfing, with a land demo followed by plenty of time to practice in the water.
No pressure to catch the perfect wave, but why not try?!
waterfall hike
Lace up your boots + don't forget your bikini, because this guided hike will bring us to breathtaking views overlooking gorgeous waterfalls and secret coves. swimming is optional, but highly encouraged.

The JUNGLE TREEHOUSES are playful, indulgent spaces sitting 12 feet above the ground. soak in BOHO CHIC VIBES, infinite sunlight & ocean views IN THIS FUN, UNIQUE & LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATION.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. OUR RETREATS ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL TYPES OF STUDENTS AND PEOPLE OF VARYING EXPERIENCE. THERE ARE NO LEVELS TO WHAT WE DO – JUST A GROUP OF PEOPLE DOING THEIR BEST.
IS IT SAFE TO TRAVEL TO EL SALVADOR?
YES! SAFETY IS ALWAYS OUR TOP PRIORITY EL SALVADOR IS THE SMALLEST, AND SAFEST, COUNTRY IN CENTRAL AMERICA. IT EVEN ranked the second safest country in the Americas, right after Canada (YES safer than Mexico, Costa Rica, and even the United States) – with zero crimes against tourists in the last six years.

JUST KNOW THAT WHOEVER YOU BRING, YOU'LL HAVE TO SHARE A BED WITH THEM (EVERY ROOM AT ANTIRESORT CONTAINS ONE KING-SIZED BED!).
